Bermuda-domiciled Essent Group has announced the appointment of Jane P. Chwick and Angela Heise to its Board of Directors.
Commenting on the appointment, Mark Casale, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) said, “We are very pleased to have Jane and Angela join our Board of Directors, They both bring tremendous depth of technology and cyber-security experience to our Board.”

Chwick joins from technology advisory firm Trewtec, where she served as co-CEO for nearly 4 years. Prior to that she was a partner and co-Chief Operating Officer (co-COO) of the technology division of Goldman Sachs Group, responsible for financial and business planning, technical strategy and ongoing management of an 8,000-person organisation.
Heise serves as President of the Civil Group at Leidos Holdings – a provider of information technology, engineering, and science solutions in a variety of markets – where she is responsible for providing solutions to U.S. cabinet-level civil agencies and elements of the public sector.
Her areas of focus include air traffic automation, energy and the environment, federal infrastructure and logistics, information technology and cyber-security, and transportation security.
