Euclid Transactional, a managing general agent (MGA) specialising in transactional insurance underwriting and claims handling, has announced 21 senior-level promotions across various global regions and functions.
These 21 promotions form part of 47 title and role changes, spanning Euclid Transactional’s global claims, operations, and underwriting teams.
Euclid Transactional said the promotions reflect its continued investment in its people and commitment to retaining talent, delivering high-quality service to clients across its 11 offices in North America, Europe and Asia, and fostering internal career growth.

Since its founding in 2016, Euclid Transactional has underwritten more than 9,700 policies for deals with a combined value of over $8.5 trillion. Insureds have received more than $1 billion in claims payments from policies issued by the firm.
This announcement follows CRC Group’s acquisition of Euclid Transactional from Searchlight Capital Partners in March 2026.
