Everest Insurance, a division of global reinsurer Everest Re Group, has appointed four new members to the Everest Specialty Underwriters Private Company/Not-for-Profit group, which focuses on providing management liability insurance solutions to private companies and not-for-profit organisations.
The appointments include Meredith Dyak, who joins Everest from OneBeacon Insurance Group, where she most recently served as an Assistant Vice President of underwriting in the South Regional territory.
At Everest, Dyak will serve as a Director in the company’s Atlanta office, reporting to Michael Truehart, Vice President and Head of the East region.
Prior to OneBeacon, Dyak was an underwriter of private, not-for-profit and public companies at Arch Insurance Group and previously worked in the executive liability group at AIG.
Richard Ng also joins Everest as a Manager based in the company’s Chicago office, reporting to Patrick Sklarski, Director of the Chicago region.
He arrives from Starr Companies, where he underwrote public, private and not-for-profit organisations in the Los Angeles region, before which he worked at CNA handling management liability accounts and at ACE Limited underwriting private and not-for-profit management liability.
Additionally, Connor Lyons has been named as an Associate underwriter in Everest’s New York office, reporting to Micah Maravankin, Director of the New York region.
Lyons joined Everest Global Services in April 2017 as a corporate services specialist, where he was responsible for managing large office build-out projects.
Finally, Calin Hynson has also been appointed as an Associate Underwriter in Everest’s New York office after completing an internship with the company. He will report to Micah Maravankin, Director of the New York region.
