Everest Reinsurance, the reinsurance division of Everest Re Group, has appointed Bobby Kwan as Vice President, Senior P&C Treaty Underwriter for Asia Pacific region, a role based in Singapore.
With over three decades of underwriting and management experience, Kwan has an extensive track record in developing, building & managing treaty business across APAC while weathering market disruptions.
Prior to joining Everest, he spent almost two years at AXIS Re as Senior Underwriter, Property Lines, for the APAC region.
During his Everest tenure, he worked alongside the Asia Pacific Property Team to manage the reinsurer’s Property book of business across the region.
His experience also includes ten years with PartnerRe and twenty years with AXA/Paris Re, prior to its acquisition by PartnerRe.
