Commenting on his appointment, Salar said: “I’m looking forward to working with the Exdion team and the new product offerings planned for the coming year.”

L.S. Ram, Founder and CEO of Exdion, added: “I’m excited that Steven has joined our exceptional management team in our insurance operations. We are experiencing significant growth and he is the right person to lead our team.”

As part of its growth in the last few years, Exdion Solutions introduced Exdion Policy Check which substantially reduces manual policy checking time and significantly increases accuracy and cost reductions, and as a result employee productivity improves considerably.

Since its creation in 2021, Exdion Policy Check has received three major industry innovation awards. It services some of the most successful global insurance businesses, and counts among its clients three of the five largest brokerage firms.

Additionally, earlier this year, as part of its Exdion Edge suite of products, Exdion rolled out a new version of Quote Compare which automates the data collection and analysis of carrier quotes for its brokerage clients.

Its data analytics software facilitates the quick evaluation of 57 critical multi-carrier quotation data points using its Exdion Extract proprietary software. Exdion also provides consulting services that assist brokerage firms to automate and customise policy management processes.
