Oneglobal Broking, an international insurance and reinsurance brokerage group providing specialist risk advisory and placement services across global markets, has appointed Fabien Goutoulli as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Singapore, reporting to Sirikit Oh, CEO, Asia.
In his new role, Goutoulli will continue developing the firm’s Singapore operations and work closely with Oh and the wider Asia leadership team to expand Oneglobal’s regional presence.
Fabien has over two decades of experience across Asia and Europe, with extensive expertise across property and casualty (P&C), specialty lines, reinsurance, corporate strategy, and regional business development.
Most recently, he served as Executive Director and Head of P&C & Specialty Lines Asia at Diot-Siaci Asia, leading multi-country operations and regional growth initiatives.
He started his career serving as a Client Executive and Advisor at Marsh & McLennan Companies in 2009.
Over the course of his career, Goutoulli has built and developed specialty insurance businesses across Singapore and Asia, with expertise spanning cyber, financial lines, credit, aviation, cargo, captives amongst others.
