Fathom Reinsurance Partners LLC, an independent reinsurance intermediary focused on providing reinsurance solutions and supporting clients across the market, has appointed Horace (JJ) Mann Johnson III as Managing Partner.
Johnson brings more than 30 years of experience in the reinsurance industry, with expertise spanning property and casualty reinsurance, a broad range of business lines, reinsurance structures and business development.
His career has included senior leadership positions with both established and independent reinsurance intermediaries. His experience includes building businesses, developing client relationships and leading teams through periods of growth and organisational change.
In his new role, Johnson will contribute to the firm’s strategic direction, with responsibilities including broadening its client base, recruiting talent and identifying opportunities for further business development.
The appointment adds further senior industry experience to Fathom Re’s management team as the company continues to develop its business following its launch.
