In her new capacity, Staff will spearhead the development, execution, and oversight of Florida Peninsula Insurance’s compliance-related protocols.
Her mandate includes ensuring the company’s operations align with relevant legal requirements and industry best practices.
Prior to joining Florida Peninsula Insurance, Staff served as the Director of Ethics and Compliance Officer at Citizens Property Insurance Corporation since 2016.
Her tenure there equipped her with a deep understanding of compliance intricacies and regulatory landscapes.

Before her role at Citizens Property Insurance Corporation, Staff held various pivotal positions, including General Counsel, Risk and Compliance Committee Chair, and Ethics Officer at the Florida Department of Revenue.
