Gallagher India has strengthened its liability practice with three new leadership appointments, including Mayank Sharma as National Head – Liability.
The firm has also named Jyoti Krishnan as Chief Legal Officer and National Head – Liability & Specialty Claims, and Sunny Goel as Strategic Business Leader – Liability & Renewable Energy.
Sharma brings 15 years of industry experience, deep expertise and strong client advisory skills. He joins Gallagher from Prudent Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd., where he spent the past five years, most recently serving as National Growth & Strategy Leader – Liability & Specialty Lines.
Prior to Prudent, he served as Vice President – FINPRO at Marsh and was also Vertical Head – Commercial Lines Agency at TATA AIG General Insurance.
Krishnan brings 15 years of experience in legal advisory, compliance, risk management, and regulatory issues across the insurance and financial services sector. She has managed multimillion-dollar liability and specialty claims.
She joins from Prudent, where she most recently served as General Counsel. Previously, she spent almost six years at Khaitan Legal Associates as an Associate Partner and began her career as an Associate at Clasis Law – India.
In his new role as Strategic Business Leader – Liability & Renewable Energy, Goel will focus on strengthening these practices, driving strategic initiatives, and positioning Gallagher India as a market leader.
He brings almost two decades of industry experience, joining Gallagher from WTW, where he most recently served as Head – FINEX India.
