Gallagher Re, the global reinsurance broking and advisory firm, has announced a number of new leadership appointments to its Program Solutions team.
The broker has appointed Andrew Moss, the current Head of Global Programs, as Global Chair of Program Solutions. In his new position, Moss will focus on driving growth and advancing strategic initiatives.
Geoffrey Lubert has been named Global Head of Program Solutions. He joined Gallagher Re in July 2014 and has served as President of Gallagher Re North America since August 2024. Lubert will continue to serve on the North America Executive Team alongside his new responsibilities.
Matthew Muir, formerly Managing Director of Alesco DA Specialty, a wholly owned unit of Gallagher, is now Head of UK Program Solutions.
Alkis Tsimaratos has taken on the position of Head of International Program Solutions in addition to his existing responsibilities. He joined the firm in December 2021 and has served as President of Gallagher Re International since March 2026.
In addition, Managing Director Matt Knowles-Rolfe has been appointed UK Lead for International Production, while Tom Regan, formerly Head of P&C Programmes, Reinsurance, has become UK Lead for North American Production.
Managing Director Donald Alcorn will serve as Co-Chair of UK Program Solutions alongside Matt FitzGerald, who already holds the position.
