Global reinsurance broker Gallagher Re has appointed Shilpa Pankaj to its team in Singapore as Executive Director and co-head of agriculture for its International division, which spans Asia Pacific, EMEA and Latin America.
Pankaj holds over a decade of reinsurance broking and client management experience, Specialising in treaty reinsurance for agriculture, non-marine and retro in Asia Pacific, while working in both London and Singapore.
She was most recently head of Agriculture for Asia Pacific at Guy Carpenter, having moved to Singapore in 2021.
Pankaj joins David Gregori, co-head of agriculture for the International division, in continuing to develop customised re/insurance solutions to support clients across the agricultural industries.
