Gallagher Re, the global reinsurance broking and advisory business of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., has appointed Sisouda Dayre as Operations Director, APAC.
In her new role, Dayre will work alongside colleagues across the region to support operational excellence, drive transformation initiatives, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
She is an operations leader with a proven track record of scaling and transforming insurance operations across APAC.
Dayre has led large, multi-market teams and driven end-to-end operational excellence across underwriting, claims, policy administration, and servicing.
She joins Gallagher Re from Allianz, where she most recently served as Regional Head of Health Operations, Asia Pacific, leading health operations across APAC markets with a strong mandate to drive transformation and operational excellence.
During her tenure at Allianz, she held several senior leadership roles, including Regional Head of Protection and Resilience at Allianz Asia Pacific and Global Resilience and Security Manager at Allianz Partners. Prior to joining Allianz, she spent five years at Societe Generale.
