GBN Worldwide, a global network of re/insurers, independent brokers, and specialty suppliers, has unveiled its latest venture, GBN Risk Solutions (GBN RS), a London-based independent broker and Managing General Agent (MGA).
This strategic move aims to bolster international business for the network and its members, offering a conduit for the placement of risks in territories beyond traditional jurisdictions.
With a vast pool of expertise comprising over 10,000 insurance and risk management professionals spanning across 150 countries, GBN RS is poised to play a pivotal role in facilitating seamless transactions for the wider insurance community.
The network’s stringent standards ensure that its members adhere to the highest levels of corporate governance and compliance, a commitment that GBN RS pledges to uphold in its operations.
Initially catering to UK brokers engaged in international business, GBN RS has ambitious plans to extend its services to Europe and the US in the foreseeable future.
Jamil Elbahou, Chairman of Silverbrook Holdings, the parent company of GBN Worldwide and ConnectUW Holdings Group, expressed enthusiasm about the launch, underscoring the network’s decade-long journey towards becoming one of the premier insurance networks globally.
