Generali Country Italy and Global Business Lines has announced that Giulia Raffo, Manlio Lostuzzi, and Ludovic Bayard have been appointed to new roles.
The firm said that Raffo was to be its new CFO, Lostuzzi was to take on the role of head of Generali Global Business Lines insurance technical coordination, and Bayard was to be the new CEO of Generali Employee Benefits. In addition to their new role, Lostuzzi will continue to serve as CEO of Generali Global Corporate & Commercial. Raffo takes over from Cristina Morgan, who retires after more than 30 years at Generali.

He added: “With more than 20 years in the Generali Group, of which over 10 at GEB, Ludovic starts a new chapter aware of the many assets he can leverage on, from the history and experience of a strong international Group to a powerful and well-recognized brand, to a best-in-class network partners.”
The firm also announced that Paolo Ribotta, former CEO of GEB, who joined Generali in 2012 to set up and run Global Corporate & Commercial and who strengthened operational excellence at GEB over the past 2 years, will pursue other professional opportunities.
