Goosehead Insurance, Inc., an independent personal lines insurance agency, has appointed David Lakamp as its Chief Service Officer.
Lakamp brings over 14 years of extensive experience in the insurance industry, coupled with 11 years of distinguished military leadership in the US Navy.
In his new role, Lakamp will spearhead the service organisation, playing a pivotal role in supporting Goosehead’s rapid expansion plans.
His primary focus will be on enhancing operational efficiencies through strategic technology and process planning. This initiative aims to further strengthen and expand Goosehead’s already industry-leading service delivery team, the company noted.
