Great American appoints Divisional Assistant VP within its Fidelity/Crime Division

Great American Insurance Group has appointed Kevin A. Henry as a Divisional Assistant Vice President within its Fidelity / Crime Division.

Henry brings over 25 years of experience exclusively in the kidnap and ransom insurance field, towards the role.

Within the role, he will focus on growing the company’s kidnap and ransom book of business, as well as providing underwriting expertise to underwriters, brokers, and clients.

Great American’s Fidelity / Crime Division has a depth of experience in both underwriting and claims. As one of the largest monoline crime insurers in the hemisphere, the Fidelity / Crime Division maintains $50 million in underwriting capacity for private and public businesses, financial institutions and governmental entities, and $65 million in a broad kidnap, ransom & extortion policy.

Earlier this month, Great American Insurance Group announced that it will continue to write Kidnap & Ransom (K&R) business while maintaining its relationship with Hiscox USA as the firm announced an expanded collaboration, along with Control Risks, a global specialist risk consultancy.
