Guy Carpenter, the global risk and reinsurance specialist, and business of Marsh McLennan, has appointed Keith Wolfe to the newly created role of Chief Commercial Officer, North America, effective immediately.
Wolfe joins the firm following a 27 year tenure with reinsurance giant, Swiss Re and its predecessor companies.
During his time at the company, he served in a variety of leadership positions, most recently serving as President, US Property & Casualty (P&C).
In his new role, Wolfe will report to John Trace, CEO of Guy Carpenter North America.
As Chief Commercial Officer, he is expected to help drive growth strategies across the region, in collaboration with the North America Segments and Centers of Excellence.
Guy Carpenter has also confirmed that Wolfe will lead a Client Executive Management team that drives strategic engagements with clients and prospects.
In addition, he will also lead the company’s US facultative business alongside Frank Guerriero, Chairman of GC FAC.
