Hannover life makes three senior appointments

Hannover Life Reassurance Company of America, the US life and health reinsurance subsidiary of Hannover Re, has promoted Tiffany Norman to Senior Vice President, Head of Annuity Solutions, along with Aaron Kinakin to Senior Vice President, Head of Structuring, and Thomas Porter who will be the new Senior Vice President, Head of Financial Reporting and Valuation.

Norman joined Hannover Re over 16 years ago and has since progressed through various roles in the company. In her role she will be responsible for the growth and management of annuity reinsurance for Hannover Re in the US.

Kinakin, who also joined Hannover Re in 2014, has experience in leading a variety of significant transactions for clients spanning the life, health and annuity product lines.

In his new role he will continue to develop new solutions for clients and advance Hannover Re’s approach to structured solutions in the US.

Porter joined Hannover Re in 2005, he was then promoted to Vice President 10 years later. During his career with Hannover Re US, he has led the due diligence pricing efforts for multiple successful life transactions that added significant value for both our clients and Hannover Re.

Tremor - The modern way to place reinsurance

As Head of Financial Reporting and Valuation, he will oversee all technical accounting, actuarial valuation and financial reporting functions for all life, health and annuity business for Hannover Re US.
