Commercial and specialty lines insurer HDI Global has announced the appointment of Hannah Brooke as Head of Marine Cargo Underwriting for the UK and Ireland, effective from January 1, 2025.
Reporting to Antonia Osborne, Director of Underwriting-Commercial, Brook will lead the growth strategy and set the strategic direction for HDI’s Marine Cargo business.
The primary objective is to provide a cohesive service comprising insurance coverage, risk engineering, and claims management, ensuring a coordinated approach for clients.
With a background of holding senior positions in worldwide Marine markets, Brooke joins the UK and Ireland team from HDI’s Belgium branch.
She brings extensive experience in Marine insurance, encompassing Hull, Machinery, and Cargo coverage.
