Helvetia, a Swiss insurance provider, has partnered with Coinnect, a cyber risk management platform, to implement advanced Cyber Insurtech solutions that enhance cyber risk assessment and support clients in mitigating cybersecurity threats.

Through Coinnect’s AI-powered platform, Helvetia can provide in-depth risk evaluation and continuous threat monitoring, offering greater protection and favourable insurance terms for clients taking proactive steps.

Starting by the end of the year, Helvetia Switzerland will officially roll out Coinnect’s Cyber Insurtech platform to assess cyber risks for both existing clients and prospects.

By utilising advanced cyber intelligence data and artificial intelligence, the platform offers valuable technical insights that elevate Helvetia’s underwriting process.

Additionally, Helvetia will provide clients with the results of a one-time vulnerability assessment at no cost, adding significant value.

Beyond risk assessment, Helvetia customers will have the opportunity to access Coinnect’s expert services for detailed cyber risk evaluations and risk reduction strategies, including ongoing monitoring to strengthen their security posture. This proactive model empowers clients to manage cyber risks more effectively, increasing their overall resilience.

Acknowledging the importance of proactive risk management, Helvetia will offer special insurance benefits to clients who opt into Coinnect’s extended services.

These clients will experience reduced cyber risk and improved resilience, which can qualify them for more favourable insurance terms. This initiative underscores Helvetia’s commitment to supporting and rewarding clients who actively manage and reduce their cyber risks.

“This partnership underlines Helvetia’s commitment to driving innovation in cyber insurance and helping our customers improve their resilience to these threats”, commented Andrea Genini, Senior Underwriter and responsible project manager at Helvetia.

“In addition to the undeniable benefits for our customers, the collaboration with Coinnect also helps us to further improve the cyber resilience of Switzerland as a business location and the quality of our portfolio.”

“We are proud to cooperate with Helvetia”, added Massimiliano Rijllo, CEO of Coinnect. “Our platform will provide Helvetia’s customers with better cyber risk assessment, AI and mitigation capabilities. We look forward to continuing to work together to bring this innovative platform to the Swiss market.”
