Global insurance broker Lockton has announced that Jeff Henningsen will serve as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of its Texas P&C business.
Henningsen holds almost three decades of industry experience, having spent 21 of those years with Lockton.
The broker describes him as a recognised leader in serving the complex insurance needs of the private equity community across a broad array of industries.
Henningsen is based in Houston, Texas, and has served as President of Lockton’s Texas P&C business for several years.
Before joining Lockton, Henningsen worked with a Texas-based merchant bank, providing him with a foundation for his career advising entrepreneurs, capital providers and private equity sponsors in the M&A space.

Lockton’s P&C business has teams in Dallas, Houston, Ft. Worth, New Orleans and Birmingham, Alabama.
