Howden, a global insurance and reinsurance broking group, has announced the appointment of Jamie Wan as Senior Director, M&A for Asia.
Wan brings 14 years of industry experience, joining Howden from global re/insurance broker Aon, where she most recently served as Head of Transaction Advisory Services, AMATS, Asia.
Prior to that, she spent more than three years at Marsh as Vice President, Private Equity and M&A Services.
Wan began her career at Tokio Marine Insurance Group (Asia), where she worked as a Property and Casualty Underwriter.
In a recent LinkedIn post, Howden said, “Jamie brings a wealth of specialised experience in M&A insurance, having spent many years navigating the complexities of the regional market. Her deep technical expertise and strategic approach to risk will be invaluable as we continue to provide bespoke solutions for our clients’ most complex deals.”
