Howden, the global insurance and reinsurance broking group, has announced the appointment of Saloni Bhandari as Senior Vice President (SVP) – M&A and Co-Head of Transactional Risk.
In her new role, Bhandari will focus on warranty & indemnity (W&I) and transactional risk insurance solutions.
She brings nearly a decade of experience at the intersection of law and insurance. As a former corporate lawyer and insurance broker, she is a seasoned dealmaker with deep expertise in M&A and private equity.
Bhandari joins Howden after three years at Marsh, where she served as Assistant Vice President. Prior to that, she spent nearly six years as a Senior Associate at AZB & Partners.
Bhandari commented, “I am to strengthen Howden’s position as a trusted advisor to private equity and strategic clients by navigating complex transactions and driving innovations in M&A insurance.”
