Global insurance brokerage and financial services firm, HUB International Limited (HUB), has announced the appointment of Robert Hartman to the newly created role of Executive Vice President of Strategic Client Service Operations.
Hartman will also join the firm’s Executive Management Team, where he will play a pivotal role in enhancing HUB’s client experience.
HUB has experienced remarkable growth in recent years, with a fivefold expansion over the last decade, attributed to both organic growth and an active merger and acquisition strategy.
In response to this growth trajectory, Robert Hartman’s appointment aims to leverage his expertise to elevate client experiences across various borders, lines of business, industries, and services to further propel organic growth.

Hartman’s role will encompass several key responsibilities, including identifying client outcomes that benefit from cross-functional integrated operational design and execution, developing programs to drive scalability for clients and employees, and providing operational support to rapidly growing business segments, among others.
Additionally, he will harness customer, carrier, and marketing data to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance the client and employee experience.
In his capacity as a member of HUB’s Executive Management Team, Hartman will report directly to Marc Cohen.

Hartman brings a wealth of experience to HUB, with over 20 years in operational leadership, management consulting, and business development. He joins HUB from a global specialty insurance and reinsurance firm, where he most recently served as Chief Operating Officer.
Hartman’s career also includes a tenure as a Partner at McKinsey & Company, a prominent global management consulting firm. He began his professional journey as a Naval Flight Officer in the U.S. Navy
