ICW Group Insurance Companies, a leading group of property and casualty carriers, has promoted Iva Yuan to the position of Senior Vice President, Product & Actuarial.
In her new role, Yuan will be responsible for leading the company’s actuarial and product management practices.
Yuan’s primary focus will be on enhancing ICW Group’s product lines to deliver competitive offerings that cater to the evolving needs of the company’s policyholders.
She will also spearhead the advancement of ICW Group’s reserving practices, ensuring the company maintains strong financial stability.
“Iva’s exceptional contributions and expertise have been instrumental in the growth of ICW Group as a multi-line insurance carrier since she joined our team three years ago,” said John Novak, President & COO, ICW Group.

During her time at ICW Group, Yuan has played a crucial role in elevating the company’s actuarial and product management practices, particularly in relation to the core workers’ compensation product line.
She has also been involved in the collaborative efforts for the successful launch of ICW Group’s newly introduced commercial package lines of business.
With over 20 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry, including serving as Vice President of Product Management and Chief Actuary at Allstate’s direct-to-consumer company, Esurance, Yuan brings a wealth of expertise to her new position.
