The industry needs to find a way to amplify its talents’ potential enable and enable their ambition if it is to effectively attain new levels of societal resilience, says Dan Glaser, president and CEO of Marsh McLennan.
Commenting ahead of the Marsh McLennan Rising Professionals’ Global Forum in London, Glaser said that the industry needed to empower the next generation of leaders to meet the challenges of the fast-evolving risk landscape.
Glaser said: “Attaining new levels of societal resilience in response to an escalating risk environment will require future leaders to reach new heights for clients and society at large. As an industry, we need to amplify our talent’s potential and enable their ambition, two things we are committed to doing for our people at Marsh McLennan.”
