Innovisk Capital Partners (Innovisk), a private equity-backed MGA platform, has recently appointed Praveen Reddy as its new Global President and Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Founded in 2017, Innovisk is dedicated to investing in and growing entrepreneurial underwriting talent with a focus on risk analysis, pricing, and distribution.
Reddy brings over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, having held various executive roles in strategy, operations, technology, data and analytics, finance, program management, mergers and acquisitions, and business development.
Before joining Innovisk, Reddy was the COO and a Board Member at Velocity Specialty Insurance Company, and he also served as Chairman of the Board at Insight Risk Technologies.
He has held significant leadership positions at well-known companies like Velocity Risk, Aon, Majesco, and Marsh.
Expressing his enthusiasm for the new role, Reddy stated, “Looking forward to working with the Innvovisk team and the investors on the next phase of growth and profitability.”
