India-domiciled insurtech InsuranceDekho has bolstered its senior leadership team with the appointments of Navneet Bhatt as Chief Business Officer, Vivek Aggarwal as Head of Finance (Vice President), and the promotion of Aman Batra to Chief Strategy Officer.
These appointments align with the insurtech’s growth strategy after a recent hiring expansion, reinforcing its vision to build a strong leadership team to support its long-term goals.
Bhatt, who is now the Chief Business Officer for New Business (MGA, Reinsurance and Actuarial Analytics), has over 23 years of experience in actuarial analytics, underwriting and business strategy.
He has previously held senior roles at Takaful Oman Insurance, Tata AIG, and Royal Sundaram Alliance.
His responsibilities include the integration of analytics with diverse business models to advance InsuranceDekho’s forays into newer segments.
Aggarwal, the VP – Head of Finance, has over 23 years of experience across companies such as HCL, Genpact, Airtel, and Info Edge and brings extensive expertise across the IT/ITES and Internet sectors.
He has expertise in streamlining business processes, enhancing compliance, and building strong investor relations. In the role, he aims to drive significant and lasting impact on key functions of business finance, controllership, taxation and FP&A.
Batra has over 12 years of experience in business strategy, corporate development, and data analytics. He has been a vital part of the firm for more than four years now. This promotion as the group’s Chief Strategy Officer, highlights IsuranceDekho’s commitment to career advancement within the organization and acknowledges Aman’s crucial role in the journey thus far.
