UK insurtech Cytora has appointed Zaheer Hooda – former Senior Vice President of Data and Digital Enablement for Hiscox USA, as its Head of North America.
Within his new role, Hooda will bring his fifteen years of experience within the industry, which includes driving strategic operational and digital transformation projects for companies such as Hiscox and McKinsey & Company.
In addition, Hooda will also oversee the expansion of Cytora’s US office.
Hooda’s appointment also follows significant demand for Cytora’s platform in the US, including a recent global partnership with leading specialist insurer Beazley.
Moreover, in December 2021, it was also announced that Allianz had announced an agreement to leverage AI-driven risk processing from Cytora.
