Inver Reinsurance Brokers Limited (Inver Re), The Ardonagh Group’s recently launched reinsurance broker, has announced the appointment of Nick Griffiths as Director of Reinsurance.
Griffiths joins the Inver Re senior leadership team and reports to Ardonagh’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Reinsurance and Capital, Steve Hearn.
In his new role, he will focus on alternative sources of reinsurance capital and insurance-linked securities (ILS) at Inver Re.
The reinsurance broker was launched earlier this year and aims to take a consultative, bespoke approach to the core discipline of treaty reinsurance and craft risk strategies to suit individual requirements.
Griffiths joins from Howden where he most recently served as an Executive Director in its reinsurance broking arm, having joined the firm in 2018.
Previously, he worked at RFIB Group Limited for ten years, latterly as Head of Broking of its reinsurance division.
