BMS, an independent insurance and reinsurance broker, has announced the appointment of James Pearce as a Senior Broker, Cyber, reporting to Daniel Leahy, Cyber Practice Leader.
Pearce brings to his new role extensive experience in the placement of complex Cyber Liability, Tech Errors & Omissions (E&O) and Cyber Property Damage risks into the London market.
He has particular expertise on Energy, Marine, Transportation, Construction, Technology and other heavy industry sectors.
“His extensive experience will help continue to build and strengthen the BMS Cyber offering for clients across North America and internationally,” a BMS spokesperson stated.
Pearce is joining BMS from Gallgher, where he most recently served as Account Executive. Prior to that he worked at Stackhouse Poland, a UK insurance broker, before it was acquired by Gallagher in 2019.
Prior to that he served as Commercial Claims Handler for Lucas Fettes & Partners for close to five years.
