Gallagher Securities, the insurance-linked securities (ILS) and capital markets division of reinsurance broker Gallagher Re, has appointed Jason Bolding as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Bill Dubinsky will transition to the role of Chairman of Gallagher Securities, where he will focus on enhancing the ILS product suite and driving strategic growth in line with the company’s broader vision.
Dubinsky had served as Managing Director and CEO of Gallagher Securities since 2010, leading the firm’s ILS efforts in cat bonds, sidecars, ILS funds, contingent capital, and derivatives.
Bolding joined Gallagher Securities in 2022, most recently serving as Global Head of Sales & Distribution.
Before joining Gallagher, he was Head of ILS U.S. at Credit Suisse and spent 14 years at Aon, where he most recently held the position of Managing Director at Aon Benfield Securities.
