Global insurance and reinsurance broker Marsh Asia has appointed Jason Mandera as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Marsh McLennan Indonesia, effective January 1st, 2026.
Mandera has served with Marsh for over 16 years, most recently as the President Director.
Prior to this, he served as the Head of Specialty and Placement from 2019 to 2025, overseeing Specialty and Placement operations.
Mandera was the Head of Sales and Specialty Products from 2017 to 2019, managing sales across Energy Practice, FINPRO, Marine Cargo, and Trade Credit.
Previously, also at Marsh, he served as the Head of Sales for five years, leading the charge to seek new business opportunities until 2019, before which, he was the Head of Energy, managing the day-to-day of PT Marsh Indonesia’s significant energy business
He started his career as a Financial Executive at Wachovia Bank, National Association in 1998, later joining PT IBS Insurance Broking Service in 2002 as a Booking Manager.
