Capco, the technology and management consultancy, has named Karl Canty as a new partner in its US insurance practice, located in Hartford, CT.
Canty will focus on strengthening client relationships, boosting sales, and providing value to insurers, especially to Capco’s prominent Life & Annuities clients.

Canty brings over two decades of expertise in insurance products, technology, and transformation to his new role. He has a proven track record in scaling data, analytics, and operations strategies for major financial services organisations.
He joins Capco from EXL, a company specialising in data analytics and digital operations solutions, where he served as Vice President for Insurance Data & AI.
Before EXL, he spent five years at EY’s Insurance Advisory Services, leading teams in operational transformation and strategy. Prior to EY, he worked for five years at PwC’s Financial Services Advisory division, focusing on process and organisational design initiatives.
