Kevin Strong named new N2G CEO

N2G Worldwide Insurance Services, LLC has hired Kevin Strong, former Head of Multinational Business of The Hartford, as its new CEO, replacing retiring Bill Skapof, who led N2G since its foundation in 2020.

Strong has over two decades of industry experience, having most recently served as Head of Multinational at The Hartford, leading US-produced and incoming global program teams as well as The Hartford’s Global Insurer Network and Canada Branch operations.

Before this, Strong served as Worldwide Director of Global Programs and Network Services at XL Catlin, leading teams in the US, Mexico, UK, Austria, India, Hong Kong and China.

He has also held leadership positions at Marsh and Aon in New York.

Commenting on his new role, Strong said, “I am excited to join such a talented team and further build N2G’s brand as the preeminent provider of client-focused global program solutions.”

N2G was formed as part of a joint venture with Generali’s P&C unit, Generali Global Corporate & Commercial (GC&C), and insurance and financial services giant Nationwide.
