KROSE launches reinsurance intermediary KROSE ReBrokers

Facultative, treaty and structured reinsurance as well as in alternative risk transfer specialist KROSE GmbH (KROSE) has consolidated its reinsurance business by founding its own dedicated reinsurance broker, KROSE ReBrokers.

launchThe Bremen-based company is accelerating its specialisation and expansion activities into the reinsurance market, which already started out in the 1980s.

KROSE ReBrokers is a strategic partner for its clients by offering holistic reinsurance consulting for large and complex industrial risks, including actuarial services in facultative reinsurance, treaty reinsurance and alternative risk transfer.

KROSE ReBrokers GmbH places intelligent reinsurance solutions in all major lines of business such as property, marine, financial lines, cyber and liability.

Additionally, KROSE ReBrokers focusses on servicing captives, providing tailor-made structured reinsurance coverage.

The company also announced that Oliver Cullmann and Leopold Muhle have been appointed as the new broker’s managing directors.

This news follows Florian Irmler’s appointment as a broker for the company, where he will continue to be based in Bremen, Germany.

Irmler joins from KROSE, where he was part of the complex risks team for a year and a half. Prior to that position, he was a broker at Junge & Co and Aon company, TRIUM.
