Aon, a global re/insurance broker and risk advisor, has announced the appointment of Lauren Pratscher as Chief Broking Officer for the company’s Middle Market P&C broking operation.
Pratscher brings over two decades of industry experience to her new position, having most recently served as Head of Casualty Placement at Newfront – acquired by WTW in 2026.
Prior to this, the executive held various leadership positions within the Casualty Practice throughout her eleven-year tenure at Marsh.
During her time at Marsh, she served as Corporate Casualty Placement Leader, fostering marketing relationships with key trading partners. Pratscher also served as a North Central Casualty Growth Leader, a position she held following her role as Senior Casualty Advisory Specialist.
Prior to Marsh, Pratscher spent several years in the risk management group of a Chicago-based retail real estate investment trust.
