Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM), part of Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, has announced that it will begin underwriting Fine Art and Specie in Germany, and has appointed Ulrike Janvier as Senior Underwriter, Fine Art and Specie.
LSM’s expansion into the German market follows its Fine Art and Specie launches in Netherlands and France in April 2017 and March 2018 respectively.
Ulrike will now be responsible for developing new bespoke business solutions for a range of German clients from LSM’s office in Cologne, and will report to David Saillen, Head of Fine Art and Specie for Continental Europe and to Wolfgang Weis, Country Manager for Germany.

Ulrike joins LSM from AXA Art, where she also served as Senior Underwriter, and has over 23 years’ experience in the re/insurance sector and as an underwriter.
