Loadsure gets Delegated Claims Administrator status from Lloyd’s

Insurtech MGA Loadsure has been awarded Delegated Claims Administrator (DCA) status by Lloyd’s, which the firm says will allow it to bring claims handling fully in-house, ensuring that clients have direct access to dedicated claims adjusters.

technologyAccording to Loadsure, this recognition acknowledges the significant effort that it has put into its claims service. The firm noted that delivering on its claims promises is a point of honour, having recently settled a claim in less than ten seconds.
