Lockton, a privately held independent insurance brokerage, has appointed Jeremie Deschamps as Regional Head of Cyber Advisory – Asia, based in Singapore.
In his new role, Deschamps will lead the broker’s Cyber Advisory proposition across the region, working closely with existing teams to help clients strengthen cyber resilience and make informed decisions around risk management and risk transfer.
Deschamps has nearly two decades of experience across traditional cybersecurity engineering, industrial cyber resilience programs, business risk management, cyber risk quantification, economic modeling, OT/ICS security, and cyber insurance advisory.
Most recently, he served at Marsh Asia as Vice President, Cyber Risk Consulting, following his earlier work in cyber advisory and technology risk roles at leading professional services firms across Asia and Europe.
In the past, Deschamps spent over five years at EY as Senior Manager in Cybersecurity Consulting, based in Singapore and Paris. In the past, he served as a Senior Consultant, Auditor, and Cybersecurity Consultant in Deloitte.
Previously, he has worked as a Freelance IT Manager for Laureus and System & Network Engineer at IT Security at Sopra Banking Software (ex-SAMIC).
