Lockton, a privately held independent insurance brokerage, has announced the appointment of Fiona Terry as Managing Director and National Practice Leader for its Canadian Global Solutions team.
The appointment forms part of the company’s strategy to expand its specialist risk management capabilities for Canadian businesses with international operations.
Terry will play a key role in strengthening the firm’s Global Solutions offering, supporting clients that operate across multiple jurisdictions and helping them manage increasingly complex international risks.
The appointment follows the recent arrival of Stéphane Lespérance as Chief Executive Officer of its Canadian business, reflecting the company’s continued investment in building a client-focused advisory team for the Canadian market.

Terry has built her career advising on complex international insurance placements. The company noted that her technical expertise and understanding of cross-border regulatory requirements position her to support clients managing risks across global markets.
