Independent insurance brokerage Lockton has announced the appointment of Jules Okai as Global Solutions Practice Leader for the United States.
Bringing 20 years of industry experience, Okai will direct strategy, talent development, and service delivery for multinational clients with complex cross‑border risks, leveraging her expertise in advising multinational organisations and leading highly effective teams.
Since joining Lockton in 2021, the executive has been instrumental in elevating Lockton’s global offering, innovating solutions for clients, and strengthening alignment between global teams.
Most recently, Okai served as Lockton’s Global Solutions Practice Leader in the western US. Prior to this she was SVP, Director & Practice Leader – Global Solutions, and served as VP, Pacific North Team Leader – Global Solutions before that.
Her career also includes serving at global organisations like WTW and Marsh McLennan.
