Global insurance broker Lockton has expanded its People Solutions team in Norway with the addition of four new senior hires from Aon Norway.
Effective immediately, Espen Rye Ellingsen, Espen Bjaarstad, Olav Botnen, and Fredrik Mietle Holmstøen have joined the firm’s growing People Solutions team in Norway.

Ellingsen, Bjaarstad, Botnen and Holmstøen have decades of experience in senior industry roles.
All of them have a proven track record of improving client outcomes, using their strong expertise in implementing a range of bespoke health and benefits and pension solutions, and providing financial safety advisory and capital management.
These four senior hires are part of Lockton’s strategy to continue expanding its Nordic presence.
The appointments follow the hire of Øyvind Larsen who was recently appointed by Lockton to lead its People Solutions business in Norway.
