Insurance and reinsurance broker, Lockton, has announced the hiring of Kelly Conway as their new chief people officer.
Conway will lead Lockton’s people strategy, focusing on continuing to attract, develop, and retain talent to support the broker’s growth.
In addition to taking responsibility for central HR functions, she will partner across the organisation to enhance the experience of all Lockton’s people.
Within this new role, Conway will be working alongside Pam Popp, chief inclusion officer, and Brian Roberts, chief diversity officer, to lead strategies and initiatives ensuring the perspectives and backgrounds of staff members are valued as an essential part of the organisation’s success.
Conway joins Lockton from Stryker where she served most recently as vice president of human resources for the firm’s global quality and operations group.
Prior to Stryker, Conway has over 15 years of HR experience from TomoTherapy, Coca-Cola, and Bank of Arizona/New Mexico.
She also has experience in talent management, recruitment and training, and development functions.
