Insurance brokerage Lockton is strengthening its People Solutions team with the return of Robert Reiff as Regional Executive.
Reiff is rejoining Lockton from Soluta Inc., where he most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer, leading revenue development, channel partner strategy, and go-to-market efforts for its technology-enabled employee benefits solutions.
Through his career, he has also held senior roles at Lincoln Financial Group and The Hartford, consistently delivering strong growth and operational performance.

As Regional Executive, People Solutions, Reiff will leverage his three decades of leadership and distribution experience in the insurance and employee benefits industry.
His responsibilities will include facilitating the delivery of Lockton’s extensive expertise to clients, managing relationships with crucial carrier partners, guiding investment decisions at the practice level, and ensuring the alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
He will work to align priorities with local leaders, accelerate go-to-market strategies, foster innovation, and drive growth across the People Solutions business.
He will be particularly focused on leave and absence as employees increasingly seek generous leave policies, resulting in higher costs for employers.
During his previous time at Lockton, Reiff had served in executive leadership positions including President of Lockton’s previous U.S. Employee Benefits Practice and Chief Operating Officer of the St. Louis office.
During this period, he played a vital role in expanding Lockton’s market presence and achieving consistent double-digit revenue growth, the firm stated.
