Global professional services firm Aon has announced that Louisa Blain has joined as a partner in its Human Capital Solutions (HCS) team in the UK.
In the new role, Blain will lead insurance consulting for HCS, leveraging Aon’s extensive capabilities and data to deliver value and insights to clients across the insurance industry.
Blain has over two decades of experience at international firms, partnering with leading organisations to deliver integrated people & change solutions for their most significant business challenges.
She joins Aon after serving with EY for ten years, chiefly as a partner in its People Advisory team, focusing on transformation for financial services organisations and for insurance firms in particular.
Blain has also previously held roles at Strategy& (part of PwC) and Hewitt Associates.
