Hamilton Insurance Group Ltd., a Bermuda-based insurer and reinsurer, has announced the appointment of Marc Roston to its Board of Directors as a shareholder director by Magnitude Capital, LLC.
Roston replaces Hawes Bostic, who has served on the Hamilton Board since 2022 and is currently Chief Investment Officer at Magnitude Capital.
Roston brings more than three decades of experience as an investment leader, with expertise in institutional asset management and in analysing financial performance and business strategy across a broad range of companies.
Since 2020, Roston has served as a Senior Research Scholar at Stanford University and as Operating Partner at DFW Capital Partners, a private equity firm.
Since 2009, he has also advised hedge funds, private equity firms, insurance companies and family offices through MNR Capital LLC, his advisory and investment firm.
