Marlo Edwards has been appointed as President of Verus Underwriting Managers, a subsidiary of W.R. Berkley Corporation. Edwards’ appointment is effective immediately and she succeeds the retiring Dale Pilkington.
She joins the firm with more than two decades of experience in the property and casualty (P&C) insurance sector, most recently serving as senior vice president and casualty practice leader of U.S. operations at a specialty P&C insurer.

Verus is an underwriting manager that targets small to medium sized commercial risks in the E&S and Specialty insurance markets via wholesale brokers and agents.
