Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC (MMA), the middle market agency of global re/insurance broker Marsh, has announced the acquisition of Momentous Insurance Brokerage, an independent insurance agency based in Los Angeles, California.
Founded in 2008, Momentous is a risk management and employee benefits firm specialising in high net worth private client services and insurance solutions for the entertainment industry.
Following the takeover, all 220 Momentous colleagues will join MMA from their three offices in Los Angeles and Torrance, California, and New York City.
Additionally, MMA confirmed that Diane Brinson, President and CEO of Momentous, will continue to lead operations.
