Marsh Peru has promoted Nicolás Delgado as its new CEO.
The firm also said that Juan Carlos Rizo Patrón will become president of the firm, alongside his current position of country corporate officer for Marsh McLennan.
Delgado has, according to his LinkedIn profile, been with Marsh since November 2018 and is currently based in Bogota, Colombia.
He also has a concurrent role as co-founder of a coffee company called El Prístino. Before joining Marsh in 2018, Delgado was the Colombian CEO of QBE Insurance.
He also served as the COO of DDB Colombia between 2012 and 2013, and as CFO Colombia for QBE Insurance between 2010 and 2012.
